Our Identity

Through our worship  and by our actions, we strive as a community of faith to live out Christ's message to love one another.

Through the dynamic voices of our chancel choir, inspiring sermons by our ministers and shared prayers of the people, we seek to connect with God in meaningful and life-changing ways.  We practice open communion, quarterly.  Regardless of your religious affiliation, or lack thereof, we believe everyone is welcome to Christ's table.

Sunday morning worship begins at  10:00AM.  At 10:15 children, ages (Pre-k - 5th Grade) and youth, grades (6th-12th) are dismissed to their Sunday School classes.

Once a month as a community of fatih, we share our joys and concerns as we participate in a time of prayer led by our ministers.

Our congregation is led in worship by our children and teenagers once a month on Family Sundays. Our youth serve as ushers and scripture readers and our children's choir performs.  On Family Sunday's, a special children's sermon is presented by one of our ministers.

Throughout the year, we offer special worship services , including a Maundy Thursday service, Good Friday service, and Christmas Eve service.  Please contact the church office at  (516-627-4911) for information regarding the dates and times of these services.

We are a community of believers in Jesus Christ trying to live lives of faith that glorify God. We believe that being a part of Christ's church means loving God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength and loving our neighbors as we love ourselves. We are working to promote the peace and love of Christ in our community and around the world.

We are a congregation made up of people from diverse backgrounds, holding a variety of beliefs and opinions, and involved in different parts of our community. We come together with a common faith to worship God, and we invite everyone to bring their own unique talents, gifts and wisdom to these efforts.
